About the Opportunity

This role is with a fast-moving import and export business based in the UAE, working across logistics and trade with a strong focus on cross-border commerce in MEA markets. The team is centered on efficient operations, excellent client handling, and a polished customer experience. They are seeking a professional and proactive receptionist to serve as the main point of contact at the front desk in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, guests, and internal staff, and guide them appropriately while maintaining a professional and friendly front-office presence.
• Respond to incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communications accurately, promptly, and with confidentiality.
• Keep visitor records, appointment calendars, and day-to-day office schedules well organized through digital systems.
• Arrange meeting room bookings, track office supplies, and assist with administrative work to support smooth office operations.
• Work with HR and leadership on onboarding support, visitor passes, and internal paperwork.
• Maintain a tidy, professional reception area that reflects the company’s branding and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools effectively.
• Strong customer service focus and a polished phone manner.
• Good at managing appointments and organizing schedules.
• Comfortable handling front desk duties and daily administrative coordination.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Prior exposure to trade or logistics environments is preferred.
• Understanding of UAE business culture is an added advantage.
